Both appear to be one way which is what you need...
The first one looks very familiar, I've seen a bunch of those around the pits, I checked the frequency on it:
Frequency Range is 29 - 54 / 137 - 174 / 406 - 512 / 806 - 956 Mhz - 154.600 is within the limits of this scanner so this looks to be a good choice..
The second one I had to check Radio Shack's website as the info wasn't available on ebay...the frequency range is:
29-54 MHz, 108-174 MHz, 380-512, 806-960 MHz (less cellular) - 154.600 is also within the limits of this scanner so this also appears to be a good choice.
