I was there filming.
The audio for the small car race you can barely hear since the PA system is still inadequate.
The speaker on the tower was not working either.

I used an FM radio to pickup up the announcer for the big car and ladies race.
For all of you who don't know, The announcer is being broadcast on FM radio 89.9.
