    Battery Location

Batteries are allowed to be moved to inside the car. Does this include the trunk?

yes it does, but don't recommend doing that if your fuel cell is also there. Best place in mount on floor behind drivers seat

Bad location for a battery for a car going in circles. If you move the battery from under the hood you MUST have a master cut off switch. phil

Thanks guys. It's one of the Ott's old #213 Buick Century. The wife bought it to race the ladies races. It's in a welded down battery box in the trunk and has a kill switch by the seat. I'm assuming it doesn't need a fuel cell since the gas tank is in front of the axle. I guess we should move it behind the seat to be safe, huh?
