Look what just happened in the NFL. What a mess. Customers very upset. NFL fixes the problem very quickly. Turns out to be a huge mistake on the part of the NFL.
Now look at NASCAR and the rules, and the way the rules are and are not enforced. Customers have spoken and nobody is listening. NASCAR is declining.
