Updating the above, Waterford has announced a couple of shows.

If Seekonk, Lee and Thompson all come back with their traditional dates the MRS is going to be close to 20 events. The Maine tracks weren't on the 2012 schedule.

I think Lee will have their two, Thompson is a ???, but I"d def expect them back their in Oct.
I think something's up with Seekonk's Oct race. Just a hunch, but one schedule has ISMA at Thompson Columbus day weekend, and tho I think that's a misprint.. I did hear the Lee was going to be week before Thompson, meaning maybe the Seekonk Oct show has been cancelled or moved... Time will tell.
