After watching the video 99 looked like Clint Bowyer, deliberately spinning his car to bring out a yellow to help his teammate Walkowiak out but even after the spin and last race taking out Tom Pickerell , they still didnt get the championship. I think for Walkowiaks actions after the race, he should start next season off with a 2 week suspension.
