The Bristol race is over, and it produced some peculiar results.

The average score was the highest (by nearly 4.5 points) we have had all season. (In fact – the lowest score would have been above average in 7 of the prior 10 races.) This appears (to me anyway) a result of two primary things.

1. The field was comparatively short. There were not a lot of drivers chosen. There was 10 in total, and of those four were chosen 3 or less times. Every one of us had Bonsignore. So part of it simply came down to the order you chose.
2. Lots of pole winners. Over half of us correctly predicted Bonsignore. It likely would have been more but a number of folks changed over to Emerling after he led practice by over a tenth of a second.

Justwinbaby and Bobgabes moved up to 2nd and 3rd respectively. They will need to keep up a similar pace if they want to catch our leader by the end of the season!
