Race #12 is on Saturday August 31. It is the Toyota Mod Classic 150 from Oswego Speedway

Regarding the timing....please reference the below

Picks for FULL points will LOCK with the start of the 1st practice, which is 1:35 on Saturday August 31.
Picks submitted between 1:36PM on Saturday August 31 and 6:59PM on Saturday August 31 will incur a 10 point penalty.
