send a thank you....

Due to great NASCAR coverage on the longislandpress website/paper I sent a thank-you email to the Longislandpress editor, and also the writer. The editor called me at work to thank me and mentioned that they see the importance of racing and would soon cover local racing. He also said that it would continue to seasons end. Send them an email, it's about the only racing coverage other then the kings, (longislandjam).

I have been pushing for the Long Island Press to cover RIverHead for over 8 months. Like all business, the coverage will continue as long as the readers and ADVERTISERS participate.
