whats with the painting on the wall

Whose idea was it to paint the nascar logo and dodge logo that way in between turns 3 and 4?[and where is the riverhead raceway logo]i hope i dont affend anyone but i dont think it looks good at all.On another note are the the figure 8 cars not going to be the last event for the night or was it cause of there double point race?
