They claim 35 cars but won't publish a list.

Don't know if thats enought to get me to drive 2 hours and fight Sunday night traffic.

Same here. If my Saturday nights at Riverhead continue to go the way they have been going, I should be done at about lap 15, so I will pack up and head to Mountain.

Sunday, August 21 will be the best Mod event of the season. Some of the biggest names in Mod racing will be attending our speedway for this event. With the help of Chuck Schartzer on the horn contacting drivers, we have commitments from drivers in the likes of: Hirschman, Smith, Beers, Blewett, Ziener, Potrzebowski, Barney, Christopher (not 100% sure yet), and others.

So it sounds like it might be worth ditching a picnic for.....

Sounds like a Mod fans dream weekend to me...Sat night for the RoC show and Sunday for the BIG DOG 100 where there will be drivers from all over competing. Just got the confirmation today also...Christopher will be there along with a few other Whelen drivers.
So Jaws...I think you'll kick yourself if ya miss this one.
(35 confirmed is up to 39 as of noon today).

Hey Billy, is that a personal invitation?? Probably won't be there, but I wish you all the luck with this show. I hope you fill the place with cars and fans. What kind of fall races do you have, maybe we will catch one later in the season?

And nitrous, even with the sissy remark, I hope you finish Sat. at Riverhead, go to Mountain and finish there, then spend all Sun. night stuck in traffic!!!LOL.

JAWS....We have another Mod 100 lapper the first weekend in October...our annual "King of the Mountain" show.
I'll keep ya all informed about it.
