Because of the all day rain forecast/radar we are going to utilize the raindate of Sunday, Oct 23 for the Walt DeMorris event.
Schedule will be as follows;
Pits open 9am
Grandstands 12 noon
12:30 practice
1:30 driver meeting 2pm Time trials LM
SS heats
LM consi's
SS consi (if needed)
LM 100
SS 50

It looks like you should have a nice field of cars.

With a lot of out of town cars this is a race that can be a big boost to the future of the track.

This will be a good day. It is made up of Walt's friends and has a purpose. Who else would endure this weather. It is not about money and points as in last week.
Walt looked down on us a gave us a good day to race. I will do the best job I can for him.

Lancaster, NY's Todd Hoddick, a Lake Erie regular and the Oswego Race of Champions Late Model winner last month, was the victor with his #99 in the Walt DeMorris Memorial Challenge Late Model 100 today. Congratulations to Team Hoddick on their first ever Mountain appearance!
