    Late Model Winners Updated

    Late Model winners updated...

    Interesting notes:
    - 2005 had a whopping 6 new winners
    - Roger Oxee has 21 winning seasons to his credit, Riverhead Raceway record for a division
    - Jack Orlando became the first rookie to win in his rookie season since 2002 Rookie of the Year, Bill Eastman, Jr.

    - Longest dry spells (out of active drivers):
    * Dan Turbush - July 25, 1981 (known as Street Stocks back then)
    * Chris Mangels - June 15, 2002

    Jarrod Hayes did indeed win in his rookie year of 2002.

    I should have reworded the statement I made...

    Jack Orlando was the first rookie of the year to win since Bill Eastman, Jr. 2002.
