Yes, I do believe Though I am just A rook myself. Thats what the rules on riverheadraceway.com say though.

no trucks have chains on their bumpers. just make sure it is bolted and welded as good as possible ,and dont have the pointy ends sticking out at all
and you shouldn't have any issues.

however i saw you were asking about welding in a previous post. if you need some welding done and the welding insurance woun't cover the big stuff. you can bring your car over my shop, and i will help out a new truck racer. ( lord knows i got my share of help from the truck guys when i first started) i will keep the helpfull trend going.
