    4 Majors of Modified Racing.

Ok, Golf has them. Tennis has them. Even Bowling has them. Its the 4 Majors. The 4 Events the are bigger than the rest. Let see what you think the 4 biggest Modified Races are. This can be any Full Modified race(not SK's)and not just from the Whelen Series. It could be from the ROC Series, TVMRS, Southern Mods, or even an Open Competition Race.If you could make up the 4 Majors of Modified Racing, what would they be?

My picks would be The world series at Thompson, The Spring Sizzler at Stafford, The Martinsville race and the Race of Champions at Oswego.

Hmm. In no particular order since the "prestige" of some has been dilluted:
1 World Series @ New Smyrna
    2 North South Shootout
    3 Sizzler
    4 World Series @ Thompson

oh and a honorable mention to the 10K to win race @ Seekonk

    Thanks Chrome Horn.

One problem I See with your list is that we no longer have a Thompson 300. But I agree, if run, it would be the best event on the tour.

OK, being the WMT is pretty much a Conneticut Series and THEY are my favorite series, don't get me wrong, I am not complaining, it's just that limits the track picks. So I am going make my own deal!!!!

    Nazareth 200
Riverside 200 [when it was flat]
    Wall Stadium 250
ROC 200 at any above track [not Oswego unless it's like in the old days, a TRUE ROC, not just upper tier cars]

If you could use your "pull" to get us back to Watkins Glen, that would be awesome.

My personal 4 would have to be

    July 15th NHIS
Oswego Race of Champions(more for history than for it's current state, especially the disrespect the Promoter showed the fans last year.
    Martinsville.
    Thompson World Series.
