Gee! What took you so long to get the right answer Walter? LOL! But wasn't RK going by the name of DT at the time of this photo?

Not according to my 1977 "Freeport Speedway Scene" magazine! He did use D.T. in '76, along with S.J. Evonsion being listed under the same number.

Two problems with that Walter. First, S.J. Evionson raced GM bodied cars. Second, that picture is from Islip or Riverhead. Freeport Stadium [Speedway] never had red sections painted on the walls. They were always white.

The car on the outside is George Brunnhoelzl and the car on the inside is one of Lou Hennessey's friends from the old Freeport days named Bill McCarthy a former police officer who had a short lived career and the moved down south.
