Fender wells

Does anyone know if a car will pass inspection (pre race and/or tech) in the stock 8 class with out front fender wells?

Fender wells are optional. If they are metal- I would definitely, leave'em in.

Depending on the car. Metal wheel wells are good to leave in for support. But on a metric car, you might want to cut out the wheel wells to let some of the heat out. The metric cars really have nowhere for the heat to go. The bigger cars, you can maybe cut the bottom of the wheel wells out for heat. Otherwise you could leave them in for support.
