Photo is of TB and CJ. But how many remember Cecil Palmtree? Cecil ran Charlies car at the head when the car count was down. The question is WHO is/was Cecil Palmtree? I remember, does anyone else?

Charlie J (outside), Tom Baldwin (inside). Both in #1 Big Blocks, has to be 1977 or earlier (CJ only ran S/B's mid 1977 on), but judging by the double ARMCO barrier, it's not Islip or Freeport.
