My surprise for the Late Models is Roger Oxee... He's been vastly underperforming (although only 26 points out of 1st). I would have expected a win by now... I know Oxee has many more wins left in him, but hopefully soon his car goes his way and gets him there!

Dan Turbush in the #98 has been impressive in his 'debut in the division' year so far. It almost hurts to refer to him as a 'rookie', LOL!

For me Mike Mortimers consistency is the biggest surprise. Being able to finish up front every week may finally get him what he has long deserved.
Kevin Metzger - 7 out of 8 top 10 finishes with one tough break, blown engine. 4 top 5's. 3rd in points only 16 out! Competitive week in and week out!
