8/12 Restarts

Am I missing something, or did the starter let young Denniston get away with 3 prematurely accelerated restarts? Each was more blatant than the the last. The third restart clearly helped Wayne just behind him in 3rd and the entire inside lane, while hurting Sal on the outside and the whole lane behind him.

I don't want to sound like I'm picking on John. In life if someone is going to give you something, you take it.

It just seemed to me that he realized he was going to be gifted so why not take it.

The 3rd one should have been restarted, John was on the gas in the middle of the turn, nowhere near the white line!

Plain and simple, the restarts sucked.

At the off season meeting I attended, it was clear all restarts would be at the white line in turn four. Maybe they changed the rule. I'm looking through my raceway mail to see if I got a notice.
