    Question on handicapping the start

As the rule states: Starting position for the feature and heats (if any) are from the past race, with the winner starting last and the last place finisher starting on the pole. Any driver not in the last race for any reason will start at the rear. Any new drivers will start at the rear

I'd like to know how come the winners always start up front? I guess this is one rule that does apply.

    Question

There is a missprint in the rules. The heats are lined up by the finish of the last race. Anyone not in the last race is counted as a win and starts last. Anyone new starts last for three races for safety reasons - 1.) they get to know the other drivers ways and 2.) the other drivers get to know the new driver's ways. The main is lined up as the finish of the heat. If I'm wrong on this, Wes will correct me.

Richie is right. The system might have to be worked on a little for next year. It does get more confusing. It's a work in progress
