    September 16?

Now that the former 50 lap season ending race has been changed, I have a few questions.

    1-Are we still Time Trialing?
    2-30 or 50 Laps
    3-Single or Double points
4-Will my tow vehicles and trailers last 4 more weeks
    ?

    As far as I know?

    1- Still time trialing
2- I hear 30 instead of 50 laps (good for me as I was the last fifty winner!)
3- double points.... I think (Should make for a good... and disapointing end for some)
4- As far as your tow equipment only you can tell... Just rember if you have a problem just call old buddy...

    Straight from Bob Finan:

Bulletin, Bulletin!!!! The Figure Eight, Charger and Blunderbust races on Saturday September 16th will be point races!!! That’s right the races which will all carry extra purse $$$ will now be point paying feature events. These discussions started July 22nd after our third rainout of the year and have come to fruition. Not only will they be point races this year, but also in 2007 and years to come so make note of this change.

It sure would make things interesting for everyone if it is, in fact, a double point race. Kind of throws a lot of things up into the air... I just feel bad for guys who may be in the points chase who already made plans for that weekend (Loudon, family vacations, etc.) figuring that they didn't have to be there.

As long as it's still a time trial show, I guess I get off the hook with handicapping, Wheel!

Time trialing always makes Blunderbust racing more interesting IMO.
