    El Camino

Hey Billy, I just wanted to ask and see if you are allowed to race an El Camino out there in the big car class, or would that fall in the trucks? It is an 80's style body. I have a friend who wants to get into enduro and he has that car just sitting around.

    El Camino in an Enduro?

It's no matter what Billy's answer is, that thing is a classic, no matter the condition, and would be better off sold to someone who wants to restore it, if it's current owner doesn't want to. The money you could get for it, regardless of condition, would easily buy any other car you might think of running in an enduro. Running that would be foolishly the same as running a '55 Chevy or Ford....

Or how about a Model T in a demo derby! (yikes)!

If the El Camino is in good shape, I say definitely put it up for sale.

If it's a rust bucket, then go for it! I'm curious, I wonder what division it would be legal for. My guess in the 8-cylinders... But we'll see what Billy B has to say.

If anything, it would have to be in the Trux division. Two seated cars are not allowed in the big car class. (Must have a back seat in other words.)
