Congratulations to our head flagger Matt and his wife Stephanie on the birth of their baby girl on April 2, 2010! Her name is Victoria Layne, she was born at 2:29 a.m., 19 1/2 inches, 6 lbs, 13 oz. Momma and baby are doing great! Woo hoo!!! Time to get that pink race car ready Mattie!
