I didn't see the videos at first since I block the javascript to stop all that nasty stuff on the internet.
So I would also add the links to Youtube on your videos page, That will take care of that issue.
Put the Sponsor on the main page too. Everyone will see it there.

Spectator, what do you mean put the sponsor on the homepage? you mean like putting the logo of the business card below the truck picture? Sounds like a good idea to me, that way if people visit the site, they cant miss my one and only sponsor.
