oh yeah, the flip occurs at 3 minutes 37 seconds into the video
I want to know why the mud doesn't stick to your camera lens.
What's is Phil's secret?

Phil has discipline! He wipes the lens just with his gloves throughout the race - any chance he gets, on muddy laps the lens gets more attention.
I on the other hand have video of a very organically shaped splatter of mud.
Did any body notice the Red car back up and click another lap! Not sure if that was intensional but it loks that way to me. Just saying
that was his father checking up on him, nothing intentional at all...I deleted the 3 laps that picked up while checking on him (trust me, I keep my eye on that start finish line to make sure no extra laps are counted). I also deleted the laps that Jake got when he made his way to the stands and his transponder signal picked up while sitting right in front of me...

That gave things a whole new perspective. Great video. I was also one that moved. I backed up a couple feet to make sure I wasn't hung up on the #5 and give #51R room for the restart.

With such an aerobatic performance I would have let him keep all of his laps.
I've seen cars bumped in the rear the same way that Jake was bumped and they would make a little wiggle and drive on.
Jake made a rookie mistake of over correcting and losing control.
As D.W. would say, The boy just needs some more sperience and he will be just fine.
