I know that there was 3 bigcars and 8 smallcars.
If you look under "Points" on the MVS website, they have the Enduro listed.
There are pictures also off the Forum/Chat page but no other information.
Congrats Pappy!!!
I was just going up to watch, but I wasn't too happy. I drove an hour to the track and there were like no cars. I didnt want to pay to watch a few cars do 200 laps, so I went back home. I think what MVS needs to do is have the enduros in the afternoon, because a lot of people have to work in the morning, that's just my opinion. I support all the drivers that raced and congrats to Pappy . I think once more people get roll cages, there will be larger car counts. See you in 2 weeks
MVS needs to advertise their enduros a little better. When I called the track to ask questions, nobody could answer them for me. They said they would call me back, but never did. I wanted to go, but that's too long of a haul for me to guess at the rules.
WOOT
It says on the site that the rules are an exact copy of the NEETS rules, but you gotta have a 5pt. minimum rollbar.
Yes, it was NEETS rules, but what about things like green flag pitting, parking, pit fees, etc. that have more to do with Mahoning's own track rules/policies? MVS never had green flag pitting, they used the yellow because of the pit gate having to be opened and closed. It was for safety reasons, but under the new management, has that issue changed at all? Also, NEETS runs rain or shine, was MVS still going to have the show if the weather was questionable? Things like that need to be addressed, but in defense of MVS, this was their very first enduro under the new management. Hopefully, they will work the bugs out for the next enduro and get those car counts up!
In the meantime.....who's ready for May 30th???!
Thank you.
Thank you Cindy! Those were the exact questions that I asked and while waiting for a reply I put a roll bar in my car.
WOOT
I'm 17 years old. I'm looking race May 30th for the first time. Do I just need a waver or is there more to it? Thanks, Aaron
Will you be with a parent or guardian?
YeaH, my dad is, because HE works on the car and stuff.
That's cool then.
